The winner of our 2007 word from the field contest is Jamie Louden whose name was chosen at random on September 15th, 2007. WIN AN ASSORTMENT OF FISHING TACKLE !Brecks will be holding a drawing for those who have participated in our “Word from the field” section. The contest will start September 15th, 2007 thru September 15th, 2008. The lucky participant(s) will receive a prize that will consist of an assortment of products valued at over $200 retail.

MEPPS®:
Giant Killer™ The Mepps Giant Killer sports a big #5 Aglia Long blade and weighs in at 1-1/4 ozs.
The Giant Killer is available in plain treble or bucktail versions. The bucktails are offered in single or tandem treble hook. These are big fish baits. The plain version for Salmon or big Lakers, the dressed bucktail versions for large Northerns or Musky.
Giant Killer™ Sassy Shad This new lure from Mepps is like a Bucktail and Swimbait hybrid all wrapped up into one very effective Musky and big Northern bait.
This lure sports a dual hook assembly with extra-strong, razor-sharp 3/0 treble hooks for with a genuine Mister Twister® 6" Sassy Shad®, an exceptionally tough plastic tail that maintains a soft and natural texture.
Little Wolf™ New for 2008 are two larger sizes; a 2/5 oz. LWF3 and a 3/4 oz. LWF4 version along with two new colors, silver and gold to complete the series of 10 colors in all 4 sizes that now expands the range to cover all species from big northerns, trout and salmon through to panfish.

Red Chameleon Another Chameleon product designed to offer anglers the advantage of high visibility above the water line, allowing you to know where your line is at all times, while red being the first color in the spectrum to disappear in the water column.

WILLIAMS®:
Wabler® and Wabler®Lite Rainbow prism and pink prism are color patterns that have proven themself effective over the years and one that will now also be available in 3 sizes of the Wabler; the W40, W50 & W60 and in the W55 Wabler lite.
Dartee® Pink will be added to the Dartee series in all 3 sizes for 2008.
Williams Kits The 4-W32M is another small spoon assortment including 2 W20 1/10 oz & 2 W30 1/7 oz Wablers, also ideal for panfish & trout in summer and winter.
The 4-TTK is a new trout assortment designed for the angler who prefers to troll for trout. The lures included, 2 Wabler Lites and 2 Dartees are both light weight spoons.
Pearl accent replacement hooks Williams will be once again offering a tube and pearl combination. They will be hook sizes #5 & #8. Colors offered are Red pearl with glow tube or White pearl with red tube.
MOOSELOOK®:
Wobbler® For 2008 a new hammered Copper finish, color #33 will be available in all 5 sizes. Copper remains the most popular Mooselook Wobbler color with New England trout and salmon anglers.
